Who can offer inexpensive marketing ideas for an affordable dental/medical plan?

I really need to expand my vision and scope of operation quickly. Does anyone have any ideas? (I would be working on group B2B business, but I need $75 to do that and don't presently have it.) I'm just not very creative today.

1. if you can't afford your own web domain, there are free web hosts, tho the urls do get a little unweildy, or just put together a nice blog page to tell everyone what you're doing and why its a good deal and put it up and email the link to anyone you know who might be a prospect ... careful with the multiple address thing, you don't want to spam people ... one idea anyway. also there are some cheap digital print houses around ... make up a little flyer, get them to run it off, and hand deliver it to homes you think are in your target market ... then go door to door as a follow up to the flyer a few days later. can't hurt, don't cost much and you'll get really good at smiling and agreeing with people and yu mite even make some sales
2. Try giving our "Medical" promotional items with your company name on it such as bandage dispensers, pill boxes, etc. Best Buy Imprints offers promotional products and prices are cheap.
