Indemnity Dental Insurance

How important is the United States Economy to you as 2008 is coming to an end and 2009 is about to begin?

As 2008 is about to come to a close and 2009 approaching us, how important is the United States economy to you? As an American who is going to be graduating college in December, the economy is a very important issue to me since I am about to start my journey in a career in public relations. There are many college students who are going to be graduating in December and throughout 2009 who need jobs right away. After all, they have student loans to pay off, debt to pay off on credit cards, and they need benefits such as health and dental insurance. Students need professional jobs in which they can apply their major in their career field and although the economy is not in strong shape right now, I am cautiously optimistic that the economy will improve next year.

  1. Extremely important. I'm in the construction industry. My sector is shaping and paving parking lots and driveways. When the economy is in a downturn, there are less houses and commercial buildings being built, hence less work for me. This downward spiral has effected every sector. Thankfully, we will soon see an end to failed Conservative policies in the White House, which will further improve the chances for a speedy recovery from this recession. Historically, it has taken a Democrat in the White House 8 years to repair the damage done by some idiot Republican. Hopefully, it won't take that long this time.
  2. You are young, and you are now SCREWED since Obama is President Elect....Why did you go to four years of college with school loans to pay off? Welcome to Socialism....minimum wage....EQUAL opportunity for all includes the same opportunity for welfare recipients and college graduates...you are all the VERY SAME in the Socialist eye. Nobody should ever be better than someone else with regard to education or job or owning a home, etc. Share the wealth....be LESS than you can be as it won't hurt so bad as wanting to better yourself. You ALL suck no matter what accomplishments you have....nothing matters anymore.
  3. I hope you are right, but I keep hearing the opposite. God help all of us. But don't worry too much. It might be hard for a few years, but we will overcome all the problems eventually.
  4. The economy is going to get better. It has already started with the lowering of fuel prices. Now, the things that fuel drove up needs to come back to earth. When the necessities of life level back out, the economy will come back.
  5. My wife is in the construction industry and has been laid off since the FANNIE and FREDDIE mess started. Obama had his fingerprints all over that fiasco, along with fellow Dems like Barney Frank and Chris Dodd, and Bush and McCain tried to regulate them years ago - but the Dems are the ones rewarded on Nov 4th! What the F---!? As soon as you young'ns start paying back those student loans, making house and car payments, and having kids, you will hopefully wake up and become Conservatives or Libertarians.
  6. well just being layoff, is blessing in disguise for me, I had paid off a couple of small bills before hand. The blessings are that I'm visiting my family more, clean out my closet, painted my house, done things that I could not have done, while I am looking for work right is going to be difficult as long as I have my faith I am not worry not at all there is a reason for everything and timing is everything. so don't worry be happy ,,, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JGaa7-FPUZU
  7. It's very important to me because I have been unemployed since March 2008. I can't even find a part-time job. So i'm quite worried about it.
